Benefits of Membership

Annual membership in NYMA includes: Receipt of semiannual issues of NYMA News Reduced registration rates for NYMA events Eligibility for scholarships to the AJL Annual Convention Professional networking opportunities  How to Join Annual membership in NYMA is $25.00 and runs from September 1 to the following August 30. You can join our chapter via mail. Please note that we are no longer accepting online payments. Online Click the "PayPal Payments" button below. Log-in to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create one. Review your payment. Please include the following in the "Add special instructions for the Merchant" box: Institution Name Work Address Telephone Number Location where you wish to receive NYMA mailings: Work/Home Click the Pay button. Please note that a $1.00 processing fee is added to payments that make use of the PayPal system. PayPal Payments are temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. Joining By Mail Print and fill out a Membership Form  Mail the form along with a check for $25.00 made payable to "AJL-NYMA" to: AJL-NYMA c/o Noreen Wachs NYMA Treasurer Ramaz Middle School 114 East 85th Street New York, NY 10028  AJL Membership NYMA is merely a local branch of the Association of Jewish Libraries. As such, chapter dues cover chapter events only. NYMA chapter members are therefore encouraged to become members of AJL international as well.
